You'll lift, secure, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Throughout your shift, you'll work alongside a skilled team to meet production goals, identify non-conforming materials, and support continuous process improvement. Your attention to detail and safety orientation will keep operations running smoothly in a 24/7 environment.Dependability, accountability, and excellent attendancePositive attitude and strong work ethicAttention to detail and ability to work quickly in a team settingCapable of working long hours on 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, and bendingBasic math skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in multitaskingHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience in manufacturing or heavy physical laborFamiliarity with safety protocols and material handling in a production environmentKnowledge of aluminum alloys and documentation proceduresHigh School diploma or GEDPrior experience in metal works or manufacturing is beneficial but not required—training provided!Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periodsWillingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspaceFlexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekendsThis role offers more than just a paycheck.
