As a Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist at Floyd’s 99, you’ll deliver fresh cuts, clean fades, and confidence-boosting style that keeps clients coming back. You’re here to keep the chair moving, the vibes pro, and the finish work on point.

Key responsibilities
- Consult fast, listen hard, and match clients with the right look
- Cut, clip, shave, and style with consistent quality + speed
- Keep tools sanitized and your station dialed-in
- Track services/products in the system and stay on schedule
- Collaborate with the crew to hit shop goals and client satisfaction

What you’ll need
- Active Barber or Cosmetology license
- Solid cutting + styling fundamentals; fades and detail work a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and a customer-first mindset

You roll in, set up your station, and check your lineup—then it’s go-time. You’ll bounce between first-timers and regulars, switching styles on the fly and keeping convos easy (or quiet, if that’s their thing).
