Back-end Software Engineer

To support the scaling of backend job processing systems, the full-time Back-end Software Engineer will work remotely from Ireland, influencing technical direction and contributing to code execution engines that power intelligent workflows. Key responsibilities Influence the technical direction for critical systems and make impactful changes to the codebase Shape job and code execution processes while ensuring high-quality, well-tested code Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and team processes, taking ownership of solutions through to production Required qualifications Typically 6+ years of professional software engineering experience Experience with Linux systems, container runtimes, and orchestration platforms Familiarity with low-level system primitives in Rust or Go Proficiency in debugging and isolating root causes using logs, traces, and metrics Ability to work across various parts of the stack, from backend to frontend
