About the Role
A growing, premier healthcare organization in Upstate New York is seeking a full-time, employed Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a highly collaborative team across the picturesque Finger Lakes region.
This role offers an exceptional balance of manageable patient volume and career growth. You will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient clinical care while playing an integral role in launching a brand-new cardiology practice location opening in Newark in early 2027 .
Position Highlights
- High Earn Potential: $500,000 – $600,000 base salary + performance incentives, sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment.
- Balanced Workload: Low hospital consult burden averaging just 3–5 consults per day .
- Practice Expansion: Help establish and shape a state-of-the-art facility opening early 2027 in Newark, NY.
- Full Visa & Immigration Support: Open to J-1 waiver and H-1B visa candidates, as well as Green Card holders.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Manage cardiovascular conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings throughout Geneva, Penn Yan, Seneca Falls, and Newark.
- Diagnostic & Procedural Care: Perform echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and cardioversion.
- Hospital Consults: Conduct efficient, high-quality hospital-based consultations (average 3–5 per day).
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with cardiologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, and clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care.
- Program Building: Assist in developing clinical workflows and expanding services for the new Newark practice location.
Qualifications
- Education & Licensure: MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Eligible for an unrestricted New York medical license.
- Certifications: Active ACLS and PALS certifications required.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven proficiency in non-invasive modalities (Echo, Nuclear, TEE).
- Attributes: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and enthusiasm for building a regional practice.
Compensation & Benefits Package
