Job Overview REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Registered Nurse position supports patients in diverse care settings. Key Responsibilities Help patients live better by conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patient conditions. Collaborate with physicians and external medical center partners to prioritize patient outcomes. Leverage clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and train staff for extraordinary care. Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs. Qualifications Accredited RN degree. Current state RN license. Current CPR / First Aid certification. Minimum 2 years of experience passing medications. Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and creative problem solving skills. Behaviors: reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible. Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,500.00. Sign-on bonus: $5,000. Full benefits package, including 401(k) with 3% company match. Ample time off plus holiday pay.
