Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lancaster, Texas

As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will make a meaningful difference for children and adolescents, working in-person for the full 2026-2027 school year. Engage with learners of all abilities and help foster communication skills that last a lifetime. We are seeking candidates with a diverse range of speech-language expertise, including those with their CCCs, clinical fellows (CFY), pediatric specialists, and those experienced in school-based settings. Individuals with SLPA experience and a passion for school-based speech therapy are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or SLP-A program for SLPA applicants) Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA Experience with K-12 student populations preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and document progress Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations, assessments, and therapy for children with diverse speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to design and execute effective intervention plans Maintain accurate student records in compliance with state and federal regulations Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams Advocate for students’ speech-language needs within the school community This is a full-time, in-person position, offering a chance to build strong relationships with students and staff while enhancing your professional skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant Health
