This is not an entry-level posting. We are not looking for someone to train from scratch.

We need a proven furniture sales professional to join one of the strongest sales floors in the Phoenix metro. Our Indian School showroom runs a tight, high-performing team where the standard is excellence — our current sales professionals consistently earn $90,000 and above. We need a fourth person who belongs in that conversation.

What You'll Earn:

$70,000–$110,000+ per year based on performance

Commission-based with a guaranteed weekly draw — the more you sell, the more you make, no ceiling

A bilingual sales floor serving a loyal, predominantly Spanish-speaking customer base

What You Will Do:

Work the floor and own your customer relationships from greeting to close

Sell furniture, mattresses, and financing solutions to a diverse customer base

Build repeat business and referrals through trust and follow-through

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Contribute to a team culture of high performance and accountability

What We Need From You:

Proven furniture sales experience — mattress, flooring, or big-ticket retail also considered

Fluent bilingual English and Spanish — this is a requirement for this location, not a preference

Track record of consistent $70,000+ annual earnings in a commission environment

Strong floor presence and natural ability to connect with customers
