Tennis Pro Shop Attendant

Business Title:Tennis Pro Shop AttendantJob Purpose:To provide excellent customer service to members and guests by managing the pro shop operations, including sales, inventory, and court reservations.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with purchases, rentals, and other pro shop needs.Manage inventory, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.Handle court reservations and scheduling.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop.Promote and sell merchandise, services, and programs.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.Provide information about club activities and events.Assist with stringing rackets (if applicable).Open and close the pro shop according to established procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by the Tennis Pro or management.Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:Customer service experienceCash handling experienceRequired Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of tennis equipment and apparelAbility to operate a point-of-sale systemAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr North Carolina State University
