Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with NetSuite, DocuSign, billing platforms, middleware, and other business applications.
• Participate in solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot functionality, integration, data, governor limit, and performance issues.
• Follow coding, source-control, testing, and documentation standards.
• Participate in code reviews and develop reusable, maintainable components.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce functionality, automation, performance, and technical quality.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure solutions align with operational and business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware solutions, or custom connectors.
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce Admins on technical solutions.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce code.
• Experience with Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar DevOps and source-control tools.
• Strong ownership, attention to quality, and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.

• Salesforce CPQ customization experience.
