PT - Physical Therapist

Therapist Position

Location: Byram, NJ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified therapist with outpatient experience preferred. This role includes working with a patient population in a variety of settings and requires a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with the average of 12-14 patients seen per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected. The therapist will also need to float to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions in an outpatient setting.
• Meet productivity expectations and manage patient load effectively.
• Maintain professional documentation and follow compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Appropriate state licensure required.
