If you have TIG welding experience, can pass a weld test, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform TIG welding on steel and stainless-steel components Read basic blueprints and work instructions Fit, grind, and prepare parts for welding Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a safe and organized work area Learn all aspects of the fabrication and manufacturing process What We're Looking For TIG welding experience through school, training, or previous work Ability to pass a weld test Willingness to learn and take direction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands‑on work Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
