They will directly engage with delivery teams to ensure a holistic approach focused on value in an agile framework.Essential Job FunctionsCollaborate with revenue cycle operations team and apply market research to develop requirements that support strategy and product roadmap for Ensemble Health Partners revenue cycle products and software modulesGather and document user requirements, develop business case (revenue yield, cost savings from enhanced productivity)Contribute to funding/approval requests for IT steering committeeCollaborate with engineering to delivery prioritized features in an Agile and DevOps frameworksCreate, maintain, and communicate prioritized product and team backlogsContribute to preparation of marketing collateral and product demonstrationsWork and coordinate deliverables with global teamsOther Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years’ Domain Knowledge in Healthcare Revenue Cycle or applicable experience5 + years’ experience in business analyst, system analyst, product owner, or similar role3 + years’ experience in agile environmentAbility to work independently and in team environmentEffectively leads cross-functional meetings, interfaces well with multiple levels internally and externallyDrive support of product strategy through feature roadmap developmentEffectively balances and negotiates needs of operations and technical teamsComfortable knowledge of technical acumen to support end to end solution and directionProven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and influence through building of credibility and trustEffective communication in both business and technical spaceJob CompetenciesDecision Making - Makes decisions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting information; chooses the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making timely decisions.Courage - Proactively confronts difficult issues and effectively participates in challenging conversations; makes hard choices and takes bold action in the face of opposition or fear.
