Job Description Description Charge RN- Surgery located at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. Position is Full Time and will work 8-hour Evening shifts (11:00am-7:30pm) The Operating Room (OR) Charge RN provides clinical leadership and operational oversight of daily surgical services while maintaining direct patient care responsibilities as a circulating nurse across all surgical specialties . This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant perioperative care delivery, balancing real-time operational coordination with hands-on intraoperative nursing practice . Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications: Circulating experience in the Operating Room strongly preferred BSN preferred Minimum 3-5 years recent OR experience strongly preferred Demonstrated competency in circulating across multiple surgical specialties Charge or leadership experience CNOR preferred Why Join Providence?
