CHILD CARE TEACHER (NAAGU PII BIG BEAR)

Summary:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Child Care Teacher is responsible for the care and implementing developmentally appropriate practices for the students enrolled in his/her classroom. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: physical care giving, developmental assessments, curricula development and classroom facilitation. They will be responsible for obtaining needed certification and continuing education when required to continue to maintain the safety for our children enrolled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

1.High School Diploma or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL:

1.Be at least 18 years of age.

2.Must pass a background check and provide a negative TB test before scheduled start date.

3.CPR/First Aid, SIDS/Shaken Baby Certified or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.

4.Must adhere to all confidentiality laws and sign a confidentiality agreement.

EXPERIENCE:

1.Experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
