Important Training Requirement
To prepare you for long-term success, all Denver hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, TX before returning to launch in the Denver market.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform roof inspections for storm damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver outstanding customer service

Successful candidates often come from sales, athletics, military, hospitality, customer service, retail management, or constructionbut no experience is required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training in Dallas, TX
