EPIC Personnel Partners is currently hiring Order Pickers for a clean, organized distribution warehouse in North Las Vegas. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive warehouse team.

This role focuses on hand-picking smaller items using pick sheets, RF scanners, and push carts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. No heavy equipment operation required.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately by hand
• Use push carts to move products throughout warehouse
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and product quantities
• Assist with stocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• 2 years of Previous order picking experience
• Comfortable working on foot throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Basic computer or scanner experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
