Our client in Sharon Hill is seeking a Logistics Coordinator !

Details for Logistics Coordinator:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1030am-7pm
Pay rate: $20/HR
Healthcare benefits after 30 days!
Paid weekly
Onsite training offered!

Description for Logistics Coordinator:

Enter shipment data into computer system to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges, arrange export clearance through U.S. Customs
Track shipments with carriers from origin to destination
Arrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendor
Arrange flights with airlines for customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customers
Print documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export
Print and apply cargo labels to shipments
Create invoices for customer shipments
Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments

Qualifications for Logistics Coordinator:

Minimum of 2 years within an office/customer service setting
Data entry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
