Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a certified Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently holds) an active California medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
