responsibilities:

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are achieved.

• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, owners, architects, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive accountability across project stakeholders while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

• Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly project reporting.

• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting successful project execution on complex commercial construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of commercial construction experience.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise, mentor, and hold project team members accountable.

• Communication and organizational skills with experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
