We are looking for a **high-agency AI Full-Stack Engineer** who can build across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
Theseus Group builds AI-powered systems that automate business operations. We move fast, prioritize automation, and expect engineers to think in systems — not just tasks.
**⚠️ This is NOT a casual job:**
1. We work on weekends
2. Pay is task-based, not hourly
3. You are expected to use AI and automation to increase speed
4. This role is for people who want mastery, not comfort
### What You’ll Do
* Build end-to-end AI-powered applications
* Develop frontend systems (React, UI performance)
* Build backend infrastructure (AWS, APIs, databases)
* Work with AI/ML pipelines (integration, deployment, monitoring)
* Automate workflows and reduce manual processes
* Collaborate across product, AI, and engineering
### What We’re Looking For
You are:
* A frontend engineer with strong product thinking, OR
* A backend/ML engineer who can ship full systems, OR
* A generalist who has built and deployed real products
You must:
* Take ownership of problems end-to-end
* Have built systems (not just contributed)
* Be comfortable with autonomy and fast execution
* Use AI tools actively in your workflow
