Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Marine Electrician for a shipbuilding company in Theodore, AL. Pay Rate
$30.00 – $45.00 based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday

6:30AM – 4:00PM

Marine Electrician Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain marine electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and inspections on marine vessels and components
• Install and repair lighting systems, motors, generators, control panels, and wiring systems
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
• Use electrical testing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
• Assist with maintenance and repair projects in shipyard and industrial environments
• Identify and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and meet deadlines

Marine Electrician Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience as a Marine Electrician or Industrial Electrician preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand tools
• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and industrial environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
