Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with kids and want to make a positive impact. You’d be a great fit if you: Enjoy helping others learn Have a strong foundation in math Communicate clearly and patiently Are responsible and dependable Love encouraging and motivating younger students Are currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. A Schedule That Fits Around School This role is designed to work around your school schedule. Typical shifts include: Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM Wednesday & Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM We’re looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week , with Saturday availability strongly preferred . It’s a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities. Career Growth At Think Zone, many of our leaders started as tutors.
