What We Offer: - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - A collaborative and supportive workplace culture. - Competitive salary and benefits package include: - Compensation type: Hourly Base Pay - Average annual compensation will exceed $50,000 annually - No cap on monthly performance commission - Full Health Insurance package including Medical, Dental, and Vision - Employer paid for Short-term Disability and Basic Life Policies - Additional Voluntary Long-term Disability and Supplemental Life Available - 401K Retirement Plan with an excellent employer match - Additional Retirement Plan Profit Sharing Job Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details. - Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries. - Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the service departments. - Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. - Alert customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, and recalls. - Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails. - Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling. Position Information: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary depending on business needs and Saturdays are required. Business Casual Dress requirements.
