Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details. Handle customer questions regarding service options, promotions, and general inquiries. Follow up with leads and generate new opportunities for the service departments. Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. Alert customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, and recalls. Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails. Meet and exceed individual performance goals related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling. Position Information: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Your typical schedule will be an average of 40-45 hours per week. Days worked will vary depending on business needs and Saturdays are required. Business Casual Dress requirements. Why Join Us?
