Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) TheraCorp is seeking full-time and part-time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient team. Responsibilities: • • Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans • Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring through both in-person and telehealth appointments • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations, diagnostic assessments, and clinical reviews • Apply clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support positive client outcomes • Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable state and federal regulations • Communicate significant changes in client status and coordinate care as needed with appropriate members of the treatment team Qualifications: • • Active New Jersey PMHNP license in good standing • Minimum of tteo(2) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care • Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and client-centered treatment Compensation: $150,000 DOE
