Clinical Care Navigator — Mental Health & EAP
Spring Health
Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Support professional based in Douglasville, GA to provide essential EAP functions and support a variety of healthcare professionals. This role requires Georgia licensure and a minimum of 3 years experience in behavioral health. Candidates will work onsite at various locations and engage in crisis intervention, triage, and referral processes to enhance member care.
