When used to its fullest, a blueprint for collision repair saves time and labor and helps ensure accurate estimates for insurance companies and other stakeholders. Responsibilities Essential Functions Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Strong work‑ethic with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Full understanding of vehicle functions as they relate to crash dynamics with the ability to articulate with customers and insurance adjusters.
