Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join our design team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the creation and development of a competitive apparel product line that balances relevant commercial appeal with brand-right emotional fashion. Key Responsibilities Complete all aspects of design packages including sketching, tech packs, and maintaining line sheets. Prepare and maintain tech packs from initial development through production. Submit and approve artwork/strike-offs, yarns, lab dips, and related materials. Organize and maintain design development including artwork, trims, fabric worksheets, finalized tech packs, and line lists. Communicate and collaborate with overseas factories to ensure timely and accurate development. Manage and adhere to the Time and Action Calendar to meet seasonal deadlines. Support seasonal development by preparing presentation materials and assisting in design reviews. Assist in sourcing and organizing seasonal inspiration, fabric, and trim libraries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in apparel design. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop CS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of garment construction, fabric, and trim sourcing.
