As a Caregiver (Memory Care) on our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live each day to the fullest. Our Assisted Living community is designed to support the unique needs of our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Caregiver (Memory Care), you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting our residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for each resident. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with medication management, as needed
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
• Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere for our residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
