CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Catering Attendant position at TIAA Cref - 3965 Dallas Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034. Schedule is full time, days may vary, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations. Log and maintain food temperatures. Arrange tables, decorations, buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards. Serve food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly clean location after event is completed. Return food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions. Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment. Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license may be required. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
