Dental Front Office Assistant/Business Assistant Falcon Point Dental Care is looking for a Business Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday/Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm, Tuesday 8:30am-6:00pm, Wednesday 7:30am-5:00pm, and Friday 7:30am-1:00pm Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community Our beautiful and modern office is located off of North Jacksonmill Ave in between the Jimmy John's and Del Taco restaurants We are a positive, patient-oriented, and welcoming group of dental professionals What our team is looking for 2+ years of experience working in a dental front desk role 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Dentrix or other dental software experience Detail-oriented and customer service focused Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
