Senior Business Systems Analyst

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Senior Business Systems Analyst will lead end-to-end requirements gathering for sales compensation initiatives, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage UAT and QA processes while ensuring system enhancements and production operations support. Key responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Own UAT and QA processes, including test plans, test cases, and validation Partner with IT for integrations with Salesforce, ERP, payroll, and data platforms Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Systems, or Compensation Systems analysis Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus TrueComp) or similar systems Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Experience in Agile delivery environments and understanding of sales compensation processes
