As we accelerate our global expansion, we’re looking for a General Manager – USA to take full ownership of our growth, brand presence and performance across the United States. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” leadership role. This is about building something meaningful in one of the most competitive markets in the world - and doing it the LSKD way. You’ll be the driving force behind our US business, leading strategy, community, retail, eCommerce and operations to unlock the next phase of growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of global ambition and local execution, making sure we scale with intention, impact and authenticity.

The Mission

You’ll lead LSKD USA with clarity and conviction - setting the vision, building the team and delivering the commercial results. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer, will be based out of Austin and acts as the connective tissue between our global teams and the US market. You’ll take our global strategy and bring it to life locally - adapting where needed, protecting the brand always, and moving with speed. From retail expansion and eCommerce growth to community activation and operational excellence, you’ll own the performance of the region. At LSKD, leaders sweep the sheds, roll up their sleeves and get into the detail when it counts. We believe in moving quickly, celebrating wins and failing forward with our learnings. This role suits a leader who thrives in pace, embraces responsibility and builds high-performing teams that love the game.

What You’ll Bring

• The Experience: Proven senior leadership experience in retail, fashion, activewear or high-growth consumer brands. You’ve scaled businesses, entered markets or led significant regional expansions before.
• The Strategy: You can zoom out and see the big picture — then zoom in and execute. You know how to translate global direction into local impact and drive sustainable growth in competitive markets.
• The Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of US consumer behaviour, retail dynamics, eCommerce trends and competitive landscape. You know what trades, what moves culture and what builds loyalty.
• The Commercial Acumen: You’re confident owning budgeting, forecasting, managing costs and delivering revenue targets. You make smart decisions with both instinct and data.
• The Brand Instinct: You protect brand equity fiercely. You ensure marketing, retail, community and digital all feel unmistakably LSKD while resonating with the US audience.
• The Leadership: You build and mentor high-performing teams. You’re Hungry, Humble and Smart. You create clarity, alignment and momentum.
• The Community Mindset: You understand that we’re not just opening stores or running ads — we’re building community. You care deeply about customer experience and creating moments that connect.
