Position Summary

The Inside / Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts through a blend of remote (inside) and field (outside) sales activities. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with the company’s growth objectives across multiple regional offices.

Key Responsibilities (Day‑to‑Day Duties)

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through negotiation, contract signing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure proposals meet client needs.
• Track sales activities, update CRM records, and provide regular forecasts to senior leadership.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase market visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales tactics.

Must‑Have Qualifications (Essential)

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high‑velocity environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel among the four regional locations as needed.

Nice‑To‑Have Experience (Desired)

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in a combined inside/outside sales role.
• Proven record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Experience selling complex services or solutions across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with territory management and regional sales planning.
• Background in live‑event production, entertainment, or related fields is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
