What You'll Do:
- Operate production machines to make metal parts.
- Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality.
- Follow work instructions and production procedures.
- Use measuring tools and basic computer systems.
- Work with your team to keep production running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is a plus.
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Haven, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
