Front Desk Receptionist

Our front desk receptionists work in residential buildings, not offices. You welcome residents and their guests, manage visitor access, log and hand out packages, and keep accurate records in our building software. If you are organized and like a clear routine, this role is a good fit. No front desk experience is needed; we train you.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)

Specific Schedule

Fixed schedules with evening (3pm–11pm) and overnight (11pm–7am) shifts available. Weekend coverage is included. Tell us your availability and we'll match you to a compatible shift.

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles
• Reliability and punctuality
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift
• Background check required (at our cost)
