Security Supervisor

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Lead and supervise the Security team, ensuring effective responses to all safety and security incidents. Conduct investigations of missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-ups. Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director of Security, including managing schedules and assigning duties. Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, loss prevention policies, and emergency response protocols. Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain a secure and safe environment. Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to create a collaborative and respectful work environment. What You’ll Bring Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle incidents effectively. Strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor and guide your team. Familiarity with progressive loss prevention strategies and hospitality industry security practices. Experience in First Aid/CPR administration, OSHA compliance, and emergency response protocols. Previous experience in law enforcement or hotel security is preferred. An associate’s degree is preferred, with 2-5 years of hotel industry experience.
