Position Overview

We are looking for an empathetic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist eager to be part of an expanding imaging team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse ultrasound examinations such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures, offering clarity and support at each step of the process
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality, diagnostic imagery
• Operate and maintain imaging technology, promptly addressing any equipment malfunctions
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records using an electronic medical records system
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and uphold best practices in the field

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a comparable field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Essential Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in sonographic imaging and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills
