Overview

The Gated Community Delivery Concierge is responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering packages and deliveries to residents within a gated community. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Package Management:
• • Receive and sort incoming packages and deliveries.
  • Inspect packages for damage and notify appropriate parties.
  • Scan and log packages into a delivery management system.
• Delivery Services:
• • Deliver packages to residents' homes or designated delivery locations.
  • Coordinate with residents to schedule deliveries or notify them of package arrival.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages.
• Customer Service:
• • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Resolve delivery issues and provide solutions to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

• Physical demands, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
