Member Service Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer service experience. Check members into the system. Take prospective members on tours and assist them with new account sign‑up. Facilitate updates to members’ accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional exposure to commercial cleaning products. Qualifications / Requirements Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional interaction with members and co‑workers. Positive mental attitude. Customer service background preferred. Punctuality and reliability. Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Benefits Full‑time employees are eligible for paid leave. Compensation Hourly wage: $12.00 per hour.
