Hillview Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Assistant to join our team in providing nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in our long-term care setting.What You'll DoPrepare, portion, and serve a variety of foodsFollow diet cards and special diet requirementsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection controlWash dishes using automated or manual methodsAssist with receiving, unpacking, labeling, and storing suppliesSafely transport meal carts throughout the facilityUphold residents' rights, confidentiality, and person-centered careAttend required trainings and follow all safety practicesWhat We're Looking ForAbility to read and follow diet orders, instructions, and menusStrong understanding of sanitary food handling practicesReliable, respectful, and committed team playerAbility to work quickly, efficiently, and safelyComfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperaturesMust be at least 16 years oldMust pass a background check under the Wisconsin Caregiver LawExperience in large-scale food service is helpful but not requiredWhy Join Hillview?
