Dental Treatment Coordinator (Experienced)

Treatment Coordinator Needed at Image Dental & Orthodontics!

Image Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced treatment coordinator who is a dedicated and motivated leader. Our team has created a culture and commitment to creating an experience for patients that exceeds their expectations.

The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:

• Ability to multi-task.
• Handle multi-lined phones.
• Efficiently schedule appointments, maximizing provider availability, check patients in.
• Comfortable with coordinating patient treatment and collecting copays.
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Dental experience a must.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Must be a team player!
• Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
