Sales Manager

Organize and plan the marketing efforts in the store and throughout the community Sell at a high level in order to achieve monthly sales goals and growth objectives Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, backroom, and restrooms Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed Directly manage the CSR’s and DT’s and follow up that all order forms have been processed, references, and customer information is properly inputted into the computer system Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service Manage web leads and Facebook account for the store Take proper payments from customers and update information in the computer Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed QUALIFICATIONS Neat, professional appearance Well organized, ability to multitask, good computer skills Strong leadership and management skills Patience and empathy Effective communication, customer service and problem solving skills Class E License within 30 days of hire Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded) High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
