Full Job Description Position Summary The Senior Construction Manager oversees and directs multiple telecommunications construction projects, including aerial, underground, and fiber optic installations. The role ensures safe, timely, budget-compliant delivery and provides leadership to Construction Managers, Supervisors, and field crews while maintaining relationships with clients, municipalities, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage aerial, underground, fiber optic, coax, and directional drilling operations. Ensure OSHA, DOT, and company safety compliance. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Review estimates, change orders, and cost reports. Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and utility partners. Maintain client relationships and serve as escalation point. Lead production and safety meetings. Monitor quality and specifications. Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance. Implement process improvements. Mentor Construction Managers and field leadership.
