CaregiverThe Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Service DeliveryProvide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.Attendance & ReliabilityArrive on time for all scheduled visits.Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.Complete assigned visits as scheduled.Documentation & ReportingAccurately document services delivered using approved systems.Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.Follow documentation and reporting standards at all times.Professional ConductMaintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members.Follow all company policies and procedures.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of caregiving or related experienceAbility to follow care plans and instructionsReliable transportation within service areaAbility to pass background check and required screeningsSkills And CompetenciesCompassion and professionalismReliability and time managementClear communicationAttention to detailAbility to respond calmly in challenging situationsPhysical And Work ConditionsField-based work in client homes or community settingsProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and liftingAbility to assist clients with mobility as requiredReasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable lawWorkweek, Compensation, And BenefitsThis is a non-exempt, hourly position.
