PRE-MAKE DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATE Chester, VA
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Schedule
(Rotates every 2 weeks):
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
What You'll Do
You'll support production by cleaning and preparing printing cylinders and keeping equipment running smoothly:
- Clean and prep printing cylinders used in manufacturing
- Remove ink from cylinders carefully to prevent damage
- Help break down printing carts and load parts into industrial washers
- Operate and monitor washer systems
- Refill cleaning solvents as needed to maintain production flow
- Keep the work area organized and support production as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work Environment (Good to Know)
- Hands-on manufacturingyou'll be on your feet and moving
- Environment can be dirty, and clothes may get ink on them
- Protective aprons available
- Must be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift
Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes with ESD rating required
- Ability to lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Safety-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
