RECREATIONAL MANAGER

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Recreational Manager at Columbus Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida. The Academy is a moderate‑risk residential commitment program for male youth up to age 19. The program provides comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, evidence‑based sex offender services, and psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. The Recreation Manager reports to the Clinical Director and works to create a positive, safe, supportive environment for the youth we serve. Qualifications BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years of experience. Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture. Leadership ability to instill high‑standard positive attitudes among staff and students. Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
