Key Responsibilities Evaluate program features and marketing content based on customer response, conversion, and retention. Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health. Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis on customer behavior and trends. Employ data mining, model building, and segmentation to identify trends in the customer base.
