Minimum qualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, Education, Training, Safety, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, or related field and 4 years of experience in training, operations, transportation, logistics, compliance, process improvement, or related area.OR6 years of experience in training, operations, transportation, logistics, compliance, process improvement, or related area.4 years of experience leading, supervising, training, or mentoring associates.Preferred qualificationsMaster’s degree in business administration, Safety, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Human Resources, Education, Training, Process Improvement, or related field.Experience in fleet operations, driver training, transportation safety, or regulated transportation environments.Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, ELDT, Hours of Service, driver qualification files, drug and alcohol testing requirements, or CSA.Experience applying process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement practices in training, transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations environment.TravelThis role may require travel to fleet locations, regional training centers, distribution centers, meetings, or development events based on business needs.
