Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.As the Usher you will be responsible to provide an excellent experience to our guests by assisting with the movie going experience and providing direction to theaters. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the theaters after each movie and ensuring the theater is ready for guests to arrive for the next showing. The Usher is also responsible for assisting guests to their seats if requested.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Welcome guests as they arrive and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.Ensure that each guest has a valid ticket and direct them to their designated seating area.Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.Follow and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.Ensure that theater and restrooms are clean and tidy before, during, and after showings.Assist guests with lost and found items.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focusedAble to take direction and work together as a teamWork calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressureEducation + Experience + Requirements:Must be at least 16 years of ageAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesSome locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol CertificationsMust be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motionPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesCast Member Benefits:Competitive Pay and GrowthCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!Elevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
