SURTASS Training Manager

Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment as SURTASS Training Manager for SURTASS program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing SURTASS operations. As the SURTASS Training Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute the qualification program for all contract personnel Develop and execute the continuous training program for all contract personnel Coordinate schools to support qualification and advanced training Develop and maintain the contractor Training IMS Evaluates effectiveness of training activities Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Five (5) years' experience with managing training and qualification programs. Five (5) years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems. Three (3) years’ experience in curriculum development Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a task lead as required. SECRET or higher Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor or Associate Degree and/or Master Training Specialist certification Compensation Details $60,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
